Join us for our next seminar at The Inn at in Serenbe from October 21-28 (Saturday 10-21 4-6 p.m. Registration; Saturday 10-28, Noon Adjournment)
Short Summary
Do you want bigger results but don’t know how? Why does it feel bad or hard to ask for a lot of money in a civil case? Does all the money talk bring anxiety and other negative feelings or self-talk? In this ground-breaking TLC seminar, you will work on your feet, in small groups, and on your own cases to apply the time-tested methods that make TLC so unique. Led by a team of TLC-trained lawyers and licensed psychodramatists, together we will begin by exploring your own relationship with money, with those who ask for money, and with those who have money.
We will each work to uncover, understand and address each of our limiting beliefs, feelings and fears that may be preventing us from being the most effective – and credible – lawyer we can be. Armed with this new knowledge about ourselves, each student will be freed to take advantage of this new-found understanding and learn how to apply this power in each of our own cases using the unique TLC trial skill methods. Like at all TLC seminars, students will work on their feet during three sessions a day. Come prepared to work.

In this groundbreaking seminar, we will apply the time-tested methods that make Trial Lawyers College so unique to help each student become better at asking for money damages. Led by TLC-trained lawyers and licensed psychodramatists, students will begin by exploring their relationship with and feelings about money, those who ask for money and those who have money.
We will seek to uncover, understand, and address limiting beliefs, feelings, and fears that may be preventing you from being the most effective advocate for your clients. As the week progresses, students will take their new-found understanding and apply it to their own cases. While emphasis will be on preparing for and trial of cases (including jury selection, witness examination and final argument), the work done in this seminar will help lawyers understand how to better prepare themselves, their clients, and their cases for both trial and pre-trial demands and mediation.
This is not a lecture course with speakers telling war stories. Like at all TLC seminars, students will work in small groups, on their feet, during 3 sessions a day. Come prepared to work.
