Discovering the Art Beyond Trial Skills

Trial skills are only part of being a force in the courtroom. The trial lawyers’ power originates from within. Knowledge of oneself gives the lawyer the capability to know others and to connect with each person in the courtroom including the witnesses, the judge and the jurors. The power of TLC’s methods come alive through creative, spontaneous, outside-the-box innovations that capture juries and move them to justice.

Come join us. Learn how to win your cases with TLC’s methods. Meet new trial lawyers who will become life-long friends. Become reacquainted with the man or woman you were before you started law school – before the system wore you away. Connect with a tribe of trial lawyers who want nothing more than to win justice for those who are lost, forgotten, injured and damned.

Flexible Payment Plans and Financial Assistance

The Trial Lawyers College offers financial aid packages that include interest-free payments and scholarships. Students can pay the fixed price in full or opt for a payment plan that allows them to pay in 2 or 3 installments, with full payment made before commencement of the College. We also offer scholarships based on financial need to students who need assistance covering the costs of tuition, thereby ensuring that this valuable learning experience is accessible to everyone who is selected to participate. This course is based on a rigorous application process, and class size is limited. Overall, the 3-week College is a must-attend for both Civil and Criminal Defense Trial Lawyers looking to develope their trial skills and build a successful legal career.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Given the high cost of providing courses at easily accessible venues nationwide and those venues’ strict cancellation policies, TLC is no longer able to grant tuition refunds. To lessen the impact of this change in policy on our tribe, we offer the following options: 1) in the case a student needs to cancel, they can contact the Registrar with the name of a replacement student who is prepared to take their place, which is especially important to cover the cost of the pre-confirmed lodging. 2) If no replacement is found for their reserved spot prior in the program, we will apply 50% of the paid tuition as a credit toward a future program and use the other 50% toward the un-used lodging expense.
